The business has dedicated clearing agents at the major border posts and the PTS team works closely with these entities to ensure minimal clearing delays.
PTS facilitates all the necessary transport permit requirements, export permits, inspection certificates and cross-border documentation, as well as duty exemption certificates where applicable.
PTS is able to accommodate abnormal, dedicated and consolidated loads at very competitive rates. All cargo is fully insured and the business has extensive carriers’ liability cover in place.
The Management team is in regular & direct contact with  all drivers and border agents throughout the delivery process. As a result, PTS are able to provide clients with regular updated tracking and real-time feedback on progress.
